How do I open an account?

To open an account, please email us via the ‘contact us’ page. A member of staff will provide you with instructions on how to open your account. You will need a photocopy of your ID, your address, and a contact email and phone number. Account opening takes no more than 24 hours.
How can I place an order?

In order to place an order with us, you will need to have an opened account. Once this has been completed, you will be provided with direct staff contact phone numbers. All orders are placed via the telephone, and then confirmed via email.
How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via ACH and bank or wire transfer. We can accept payment in USD, EUR, CHF and GBP. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency.
How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is included within the USA for all orders over $500. Flat rate shipping of $20 is charged for orders under $500. International orders are charged based upon the location and vary.
